2010 BalBOA Constrictor

This wine was created to replace the Cats Meow and the Sayulita labels. The name was the brainchild of Sam Price (son of master sommelier Thomas Price, Metropolitan Grill) and the artwork was done by my lovely daughter Amelia Mary Glase. The two were 9 years old when the label came to life. Notes of cranberries, raspberries and orange peel. Bright acidity on the palate with dark fruits of acai and goji berry, savory truffle, sage and coffee notes. Silver, 2014 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.

2011 Mith

This wine originated in 1998 and is a collaboration between Mike Sharon (L’Ecole 41) and Tom Glase. This wine has always been a proprietary blend and the 2011 is no different.  Opens with floral-laced notions of dark cherry, blueberry, and cedarwood. Well-balanced with firm, yet supple, tannins wrapped elegantly around flavors of ripe raspberry and vanilla. 

Vineyards: Eidolon Vineyard, Waliser Vineyard, and Summit View Vineyard.

Varietals: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc.

This vintage of Pandemonium is limited to our Ringside Club members, as we made only one barrel! Vibrant cranberry and pomegranate aromatics open into bramble, truffle, and anise. Displays a silky mouthfeel, yet remains tightly structured with lingering acidity and a core of balanced tannins.
