Ageability
We believe that when you choose to enjoy Balboa wine is a matter of personal preference. However, customers often ask us how long they can cellar our wine. Generally, our wines are released when we believe them to be ready to consume; however all Balboa wines will benefit from additional time in your cellar. Every Balboa wine will age differently, as many factors, including the growing season, varietal characteristics, and winemaking decisions, will all determine how the wine ages. Additionally, one must determine the characteristics that they enjoy in wine and age their wines in accordance with their preferences. The most important thing to consider is how you like your wine to taste! If you have specific questions, feel free to call or email us.
Please Note:
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase our wine and by law, upon delivery an ID and signature is required from an adult 21 years of age or older.
